| Construction Industry Activity - June 2010 The value of recorded building plans passed by larger municipalities (at current prices) during January to April 2010 decreased by 10,56% (-R2126 million) compared with January to April 2009. The largest decrease was reported for non residential (-23,32% or –R1232 million), followed by additions and alterations (-11,73% or –R855,4 million). However, these decreases were to a large extent counteracted by a small decrease reported for residential buildings (-0,5% or –R38,5 million).
