About the CBAVISION Building is the engine for growth and wealth creation through property ownership, with Clay Brick and pavers being chosen as the preferred sustainable partner ~ for good. MISSION Developing and growing competitive awareness, knowledge and support of clay masonry and maintaining consistent standards in the use of Clay Brick and pavers for good value and performance in the construction of buildings and paving surfaces. Claybrick.org, to date known as the Claybrick Association of South Africa, is the official body representing all member Clay Brick manufacturers in this country. Its role is to provide strategic direction for its members around issues that are central to the industry, specifically with regard to marketing, manufacturing, technological and statutory requirements. As the industry watchdog, Claybrick.org monitors all legislative and standards issues, and acts as the liaison between the industry, government and other organisations representing the housing, building and construction industries. This mandate allows members to respond more proactively to critical issues and avoid the risk of penalties or plant shutdown due to lack of knowledge and non compliance. Another key function of ClayBrick.org is to set and maintain industry standards, and ensure the effective promotion of Clay Bricks and pavers as produced by its members. All ClayBrick members are committed to the production and supply of premium products to the building and construction industries, as well as end-users. Membership is voluntary, with the requisite that all members uphold the integrity of the ClayBrick mark, in accordance with the organisations Code of Conduct and best practice in fulfilling the delivery of its vision and mission.
